Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of freelance web development services by Ifraz Nazir ("Freelancer", "I", "me", or "my") to any client ("Client", "you", or "your"). By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

I provide freelance web development services, which may include but are not limited to website design, development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and consulting. The scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or written communication prior to the start of the project.

2. Project Agreement

Each project will be outlined with specific deliverables, timelines, and costs. Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
• Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe stated in the invoice.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and access in a timely manner.
• Review and approve work promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the Client will receive rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
• I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, or assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

8. Project Timelines

While I strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by Client delays, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Liability

I will not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use the delivered work.
• Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client modifications.

11. Support and Maintenance

Post-project support or maintenance is not included unless explicitly agreed upon. Ongoing support can be arranged under a separate agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the Client’s or Freelancer’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Acceptance

By engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
